Meet Alistair Douglas, Marine Biologist PHD graduate, Fish Monger, Fisheries Consultant and Auditor, Fish Loin and Fish Technology expert.
Alistair has had a long and eventful relationship with the Kolega Fisheries Group. While research was his primary focus in his formulative years, he quickly expanded his resume to include purchasing prawns and tuna from our group to sell in Japan firstly and ultimately into Singapore.
He was the catalyst and instigator of Kolega fisheries relationship with The Grand Hyatt in Singapore. From running his own restaurant to delivering essential sustainability and traceability solutions to various organisations. Alistair is a marvel and a seafood force to be reckoned with.
